LeaseReel is operated by Hanbi Korea, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea (business registration no. 207-55-00047), 102, 3 Gyeyang-daero 205beon-gil, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, South Korea. Contact: hanbi3474@gmail.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The service

LeaseReel turns photos and details you provide into short vertical videos with captions, music and AI-generated voice-over. Videos are made in your web browser. The text of the voice-over is sent to our speech provider to create the audio. In Auto mode, reduced copies of your photos are sent to our AI provider to write captions (see Privacy). AI-written captions can be wrong — check them before you post, and edit them in Custom mode if needed. If you upload your own music, you must have the right to use it.

2. Your account

You need an account to make videos. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One free trial per person.

3. Your content

• You must own, or have permission to use, every photo and piece of text you put into LeaseReel.
• Your listing must be accurate and lawful, including fair-housing rules. LeaseReel adds motion and text only — it does not alter what the rooms look like.
• You own the videos you make. You may use them anywhere, including commercially.
• Voice-overs are AI-generated. Where a platform or law requires it, label them as such.

4. Plans and payment

New accounts get 3 free videos. LeaseReel Pro costs $19 per month (plus any tax), billed monthly through our payment partner, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in one click from your account page. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email. Refunds are described in our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

5. Fair use

Don't abuse the service: no automated scraping, reselling access, creating multiple accounts for extra free videos, or trying to break limits or security. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. No guarantees

We work hard to keep LeaseReel running, but it is provided "as is". We don't promise any specific result such as more inquiries or faster leasing. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Ending

You can delete your account anytime. We may stop offering LeaseReel with 30 days' notice; if we do, we'll refund any unused prepaid period.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without taking away any consumer rights you have under the laws where you live.
